God has warned us Evil will take place

The recent mass murders has a lot of people on edge and after Sunday’s mass murder of 26 Christians and the wounding of 25 others in a small town Baptist Church by yet another convert of Islam many are wondering how can this happen and how can a loving God allow this to happen?

All throughout the Bible we are warned that lawlessness and evil will take place and God is not behind any of it. Jesus warns “in this world you will have tribulation but take heart I have overcome the world.” You know the Bible speaks of wars and rumors of wars and famines and pestilence and earthquakes and men hearts failing them at the roaring of the seas and the things coming upon the earth.

If every good and perfect gift comes from the Father above then every bad and evil thing comes from that devil Satan himself. God is not the author of death, Satan is. God is not the author of killing and pain and suffering and starvation, Satan is. God is not the author of sin and sickness and disease, Satan is. So what does the Bible say about it all? “ The thief (Satan) comes to steal, kill and destroy.” (John 10:10) In another verse it says “Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour.”(1Peter 5:8) Being on the alert means you stay prayed up daily and walk close to God. We all have bad days at times but Jesus has overcome the world and we will too. And how do we overcome the world? By the word of out testimony and our faith even to the point of death.

The old saying “everybody wants to go to heaven but no one wants to die applies here. Every single person who was saved and born again and had put their faith in Jesus who were killed in all these horrible massacres, are in heaven with Him right now, this very hour. My previous blog explains how not to fear death because Gods love overcomes our fears.

Americans and American Christians don’t really want to know whats coming because they won’t spend the time studying the word of God and are afraid to even read the Revelation or other books of the Bible. Well, the perilous times are coming and have really already begun. I honestly believe we have now entered the beginning of sorrows time period and we have not seen anything yet. Does that mean we just throw up our hands and say oh well there’s nothing we can do about it? No, not at all. What it means that is we are educated in the word of God and know the things that are coming upon the earth and we make ourselves and our families and friends aware of it all and then above all we make sure we have repented and stay humble and close to God in these times and lead others to the freedom of knowing whether we live or die we are the Lords and belong to Him. No one is guaranteed tomorrow, no one! No one knows when they will die! Gun shot, car accident, heart attack or a thousand other ways we could be gone tomorrow so let’s just get a grip and live life to its fullest walking in the knowledge we are saved (Romans 10:9,10) by His grace through the faith He gives us and that we stay ready any day or any time to go home to heaven to meet our maker.

And when you have discussions about terrorism and murder and killings and all the horrible things going on in the world do not let anyone think or say that these things are from God. Tell them “read your Bible for Pete’s sake” There it will tell you who is responsible, the enemy of your soul, Satan. God is love and because He loves us He gave His only Son to die in our place and wash away our sins. (John 3:16) Again Jesus warned us what’s coming and warned us to stay ready at all times. Someday soon He will return and rule and reign. All evil along with Satan and all his demons and wicked people will be thrown into the lake of fire that burns forever and ever. Until then, keep the faith in season and out of season and know you are loved and have a home waiting for you. Jesus said “My kingdom is not of this world” and neither are we, we’re just passing through.,,,,pray for those in pain and sorrow and for this country and our leaders…

Losing the Fear of Death

As a Christian we should not have a fear of death. Of course it is human nature to protect ones life and we absolutely should do so because we are the temple of God and His Spirit dwells within us. We are told not to destroy our temple as we are born again to do good works. There are so many things that we do that destroy our temple which you are well aware of as your flesh fights against your spirit waging war. Jesus said ” the spirit is willing but the flesh is weak.” We actually do the things we don’t want to do the Apostle Paul wrote because of one reason, “sin dwells within us.” And who can rescue us from this body of death, only Jesus Christ and Him alone.

Now concerning the fear of death it is written that “Perfect love cast out fear” Because fear involves punishment and the one who fears is not perfected in love. How is someone perfected in love? For starters we must love the Lord our God with all of our heart, soul and minds. Then we must love our neighbors as ourselves. The Bible says how can we say we love God who we have not seen and hate our brothers who we have seen? So learning to love is paramount in our Christian life and it is a Decision, Not an Emotion! We can decide to love God, we decide to love our neighbors no matter what the circumstances and relationships are because we say to ourselves; God loves them and they were created in His image and He is not willing that anyone should perish, but wants them to have eternal life. There is none righteous, no not one, we were born into sin in this life because of the fall in the beginning.

If you know beyond a shadow of a doubt that when you die your going straight up to heaven and have that assurance in your heart, then why would you fear death or what man can do to you? The answer is your either not perfected in love yet or you are unsure of your salvation. You can be sure you know by faith in what Jesus did in the cross. “For we are saved by His grace through faith, not of works lest anyone should boast.” Let’s take a quick look at eternal, everlasting life guarantees written to us in the Bible. Jesus speaking said:

“Very truly I tell you, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life and will not be judged but has crossed over from death to life.” (John 5:24) Really is there any need to go on? You pass from death to life when you believe that God sent Jesus to offer Himself up for us.

Maybe you need more so how about this verse: “I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God so that you may KNOW that you HAVE eternal life.(1 John 5:13) So that you may Know not hope but know! And here’s another: Whoever believes in the Son HAS eternal life, but whoever rejects the Son will not see life, for God’s wrath remains on them.(John 3:36) HAS eternal life means you possess it right now and it’s granted now while your alive and when you die there is no doubt your going to heaven.

And another one:

“In him we HAVE redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God’s grace” (Ephesians 1:7) and here is a list of other verses not that you need them.

“In Him, you also, after listening to the message of truth, the gospel of your salvation– having also believed, you were SEALED in Him with the Holy Spirit of promise, who is given as a pledge (guarantee) of our inheritance, with a view to the redemption of God’s own possession, to the praise of His glory. (Ephesians 1:13-14)

And this one: “But what does it say? “The word is near you; it is in your mouth and in your heart,” that is, the message concerning FAITH that we proclaim: that if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, YOU WILL BE SAVED; For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and ARE SAVED.(Romans 10:8-10)

“Who through faith are PROTECTED BY GODS POWER for the salvation that is ready to be revealed in the last time.(1Peter 3:5)

” For you have been born again, not of perishable seed, but of IMPERISHABLE , through the living and enduring word of God.”(1 Peter 1:23)

” For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.” (2Tim 2:7)

I could go on and on with tons of verses, but you have seen with your own eyes that you have a home in heaven and you have eternal, everlasting security by faith in Jesus and nothing will rob you of your place in heaven. Don’t fear death even if you have to lay your life down for your faith because those times are coming and for many already have come. Jesus will never let you go and loves you so.

No matter what happens on this earth; wars or floods or famine or earthquakes or tornado’s or hurricanes or plagues or death or lawlessness or any other thing can separate us from the Love of God and our gift of salvation through Jesus Christ

Let me end this blog with a quote from Jesus: ” And this

is the will of Him who sent Me, that I shall lose NONE of all those He has given Me, but raise them up at the last day.

For it is My Father’s will that everyone who looks to the Son and believes in Him shall have ETERNAL LIFE, and I will raise him up at the last day.” (John 6:39-49)

Stillborn Believers

Stillborn Believers  Jesus replied, “Very truly I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless they are born again.” How can someone be born when they are old? Nicodemus asked. Surely they cannot enter a second time into their mother’s womb to be born!

Jesus answered, “Very truly I tell you, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless they are born of water (natural birth) and the Spirit (born of the Spirit of God). Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit gives birth to spirit. You should not be surprised at my saying, “You must be born again.” The wind blows wherever it pleases. You hear it’s sound, but you cannot tell where it comes from or where it is going. So is EVERYONE BORN OF THE SPIRIT.” (John 3:3-8 NIV)
Now later in the same conversation Jesus told Nicodemus that everyone who believes in Him may have eternal life. The KEY here is MAY have eternal life. In other words eternal life is available to all who believe, but there is a requirement; you MUST BE BORN AGAIN! The New America Standard version says “May in Him have eternal life.” What does this mean?
Well people may believe Jesus existed as a prophet but was not the Son of God who takes away the sins of the world. They may believe Jesus was who He said He was, but have no intention of following His teachings and living a holy, set apart life from the world of sin.

Just like a modern day example of a politician running for office. You may believe this person is real, but you have no intention of voting for him or her or following them at all. You may even like some of the ideology, but you don’t buy into the whole script. If you truly believe in someone with your whole heart, then you follow them.
So many preachers today teach ,”just believe and you’ll be saved”, but that is not the whole meaning of what Jesus was saying. He said you must be born again “Period” to enter the kingdom of God. Don’t you realize the demons of hell believe and shudder? It takes more than just believing with your mind.
It takes believing from your heart, with all your heart that Jesus is Lord and King of Kings. It takes an agreement from your heart that Jesus is the only way to receive forgiveness and placing your full trust in Jesus alone, not what some preacher told you or some feel good sermon you may have heard from church or anywhere else for that matter. It means following Jesus and His words to live your life, no matter what the cost is to you personally. Can this be done by your will? Heavens no, only by the Indwelling of the Spirit of God can you walk with God. Remember it is by His grace through your faith you are saved. There is no other way.
“Truly I tell you ANYONE who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little CHILD will never enter It.” (Luke18:17) So does holding your hand up in church or walking down an isle or saying a sinners prayer save you? Only if your heart was crying out to God in repentance and in full childlike faith trusting in Jesus to save you! Can people come to God nonchalantly? No way! And for those who do and are born again of the spirit, THEY KNOW IT, they feel it, they believe it, they live it the best they can. Do they fail sometimes? Yes of course. Do they still sin and make mistakes? Yes of course they do. BUT, “a righteous man (or woman) may fall seven times but they will get up, repent and start again!
Which brings me to another point. How can there be so many who claim to be born again Christians who have never even been baptized? How is that possible? Didn’t Jesus Himself say repent and be baptized? Did He not get baptized Himself to show His covenant with us? I realize there may be extenuating circumstances for a very very small few, but there is no excuse not to be baptized if you are truly following Jesus. It confirms your a true follower and symbolizes his death burial and resurrection.
The bottom line why so many of those professing to be Christians don’t live the life, is they were STILLBORN. They never were born of the spirit because they never honestly turned to God and believed Jesus and received Him as their Savior and Lord. Any person reading this blog knows in their heart if they were truly born again or just Stillborn. Jesus is waiting, now is the time, repent and give your life to Him and receive Him like a little child and enter the kingdom of heaven. End times are approaching quickly, time is running out, make sure your born-again.

Church Bells are Ringing, Don’t You Hear Them?

Church Bells are Ringing, Don’t You Hear Them?

The wedding will take place soon, a wedding like no other that has ever occurred in history or will ever occur again. The Spirit and Bride say come, and you’re invited!
This wedding will will have myriads upon myriads of people in attendance, a number too large to count. The hosts will number in the thousands of ten thousands and will escort all the guest to the marriage supper of the Lamb. The most honored groom who has written on His robe and on His thigh “King of Kings and Lord of Lords ” will lead this great assembly of believers, called the Bride, and the marriage will take place.

Inscribed upon every individual who overcomes is written the name of the Father God. And each person will receive a white stone and a new name written on the stone which no one knows but he who receives it. “Blessed are those who are invited to the marriage supper of the Lamb.” They will forever and ever be with the Lamb who was slain and now lives forevermore. The King of Kings who has been given all authority in heaven and on earth will reign forever and the love among His Bride and Him will never die or fade away.

Prepared for His Bride is glory unimagined and so astounding, the thoughts never even entered the hearts of man. A new heaven and a new earth and a new Jerusalem, for the former things are passed away and the current earth will be burned up and He will roll up the current universe and heavens like a scroll and it will be gone. New and pure and clean and untouched by sin will be the new heavens and earth. The Father and the Son will live among the Bride forever and there will be no night there because the Son will be the Light. There the Bride will live and move and dwell with God.

The church bells are ringing, won’t you come? The church bells are ringing to proclaim salvation to all men, to the Jew first and also to the Greek. The Gospel of the Kingdom has almost been proclaimed in all the earth to every tribe, every nation and every tongue, and when that is complete the end of the age will come. It is very near. That Gospel is this; God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him should not perish, but have eternal life. The Lamb was slain for us, for you and for me. His blood washes away our sins when we believe. He will confirm to you by His Holy Spirit who will then reside in you and seal you for the great day of redemption and you will be invited to the marriage supper of the Lamb. Jesus died and rose again and commands us all to be baptized in the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit and be raised to walk a new life.

Love covers a multitude of sins, and Jesus love for you will cover your sins as you repent of your sins and confess Jesus as Lord of your life. He will never leave you and be with you even until the end of the age. Have faith in Him and never let go. Your invitation to the marriage has your name on it and it’s straight from the heart of God. Will you come, will I see you? The Church bells are ringing…..Can’t You Hear Them?….
