You don’t clean yourself up to come to Jesus

Everlasting eternal life is only moments away from your grasp if you will simply do one thing; call upon Jesus to clean you up and save you. You can’t clean yourself up before you come to Him; He will clean you up after you surrender your heart to Him and mean it. One of the biggest lies of the devil is to tell you mind you’re too sinful and dirty to come to God. The devil will tell you that you have to clean yourself up first, then you then you become worthy enough for salvation. Nothing could be further from the truth!

You can be drunk and come to Jesus, you can be on drugs and come to Jesus, you can be a robber and come to Jesus, you can be a whoremonger or murderer or involved in discussing perversions or a racist or hater or just a plain loser and come to Jesus! He alone can set you free from all your past sins clean your spirit and fill you with His Spirit and wipe away all of your past and present sins. Jesus came and died for mankind while mankind was sinning. This verse proves it: “But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.”(Romans 5:8) There is nothing, absolutely nothing you can do to get you act together by yourself. You just come to Jesus just like you are and repent and call on His name and He will do the rest.

There are so many verses I could quote, but then this blog would be pages long, but I’ll close with this one; “ For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has set you free from the law of sin and of death” (Romans 8:2) Regardless of how you feel and the sins you have committed you will be set free from the law of sin and death and your home will be in heaven not in a burning hell. Call on Jesus ask the Holy Spirit to come into your heart and confess it with you mouth to someone, anyone and then get baptized as the Lord commanded….

Did Jesus say ask me into your heart?

I’ve heard many Christians from several different denominations say on several occasions that no where in the Bible does it say we need to ask Jesus in our hearts, even going so far as to call this a heresy and false salvation to those who do it. Really? It appears they don’t know the Bible or what Jesus actually said in Revelation 3:20. Why? Because they don’t spend any time reading Revelation. They neither understand it or write off the the entire book as some sort of symbolism.

And what does Revelation 3:20 say? “ Behold, I stand at the door and knock; if anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and will dine with him, and he with Me”. What is the door? It can only be your heart. So if someone hears the gospel and opens the door of their heart to Jesus, then by His Holy Spirit He comes in through the doorway, which is your heart, to your spirit and you become born again by believing with your heart and confessing with your mouth that Jesus is Lord. For through Him by the Holy Spirit is grace and faith and the only way to have fellowship with the Father in heaven.

When you ask Jesus into your heart He comes in and dines with you meaning he takes up residence in your spirit and seals it for the day of redemption (Ephesians 1:13, 4:30 and II Corinthians 1:22) and through the Holy Spirit that He sends you He teaches you to observe all things He commands. If I were you I would open your heart and ask Jesus to come in and save you. You can’t clean yourself up, only Jesus can clean your house and clean you up as you surrender to Him all the areas of your heart.

When the people ask what must I do to be saved in Acts what was the response from Peter? Repent and be baptized and you will receive the GIFT of the Holy Spirit. So am I saying baptism alone saves you? No I’m not and neither does the verse; however when you read all the conversions in the book of Acts what did those who believed do right away? They got baptized in water and so should we do the same because Jesus commanded it. You’ll also notice that they all believed FIRST and Confessed Jesus and were pricked in their hearts when they heard the Gospel. That’s why Paul said in Romans 10:8-11 “

“ what does it say? “The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart,”that is, the word of faith we are proclaiming: that if you confess with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with your heart you believe and are justified, and with your mouth you confess and are saved.

It is just as the Scripture says: “Everyone who believes in Him will not be put to shame.”For there is no difference between Jew and Greek: The same Lord is Lord of all, and is rich to all who call on Him, for “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”

The gospel of salvation is fairly easy to understand if you hear with your heart and not some man made doctrine. Paul says the gospel is simple and it is the gospel of Jesus Christ and Him Crucified. So you hear with your heart (not your mind only), you believe with your heart ( not just your mind), you obey from your heart, (not just agree intellectually)you confess Jesus is Lord from your heart, (not just words from the mind spoken), you obey Jesus commandment to be baptized ( not to join a church) and you ask Jesus into your heart which is by the Holy Spirit.

“For by one Spirit we were all baptized into one body, whether Jews or Greeks, whether slaves or free, and we were all made to drink of one Spirit.” (1st Corinthians 12:13)

15And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation. 16“He who has believed and has been baptized shall be saved; but he who has disbelieved shall be condemned. 17“These signs will accompany those who have believed: in My name they will cast out demons, they will speak with new tongues; 18they will pick up serpents, and if they drink any deadly poison, it will not hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.”(Mark 16:15-18)

Jesus wants us to ask Him into our heart. He wants us to ask Him to baptize us in the Holy Spirit. For our heart is the door and He is knocking. Will you open the door? Ask Him in right now…

We are closer to home today than when we first believed: “To the baby boomer generation”

“We are closer to home today than when we first believed” To the baby boomer generation

Life didn’t turn out for many of us like we expected (are you bitter about it?) Some of us lost children along the way.

Some of us lost marriages

along the way. Some of us never reached that goal standard we set for ourselves in our careers and financially and especially spiritually.

Some of our children have forsaken God and gone the way of the world without God in their lives and we are shocked and dismayed and beside ourselves. Yet we have never stopped loving them.

“Many people are so afraid of going to hell that they have no faith to get to heaven.” You can quote me on that one.

Perfect love cast out fear and if you fear then you’re not perfected in love because fear involves punishment and there is no punishment for the blood bought born again believer who walks in the Spirit and not in the flesh.

Why? because “ in the beginning was the word and the word was with God and the word was God He was with God from the beginning and through Him nothing was made that has been made. He is the light of the world and whosoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.

He who is faithful till the end shall be saved, and we’re closer to the end than when we first believed. We cannot shrink back and turn away from God like Solomon did at the end of his life saying all is vanity. We can’t live for God most of or lives and then at the end deny Him like King Saul did and be lost. He who is faithful to the end shall receive a crown of life. Until your last breath hold on to what you first believed and never let go of your faith that saves you. For its by grace we are saved through our faith not of works lest any man should boast.

Jesus said “will I find faith on the earth when I return” Peter told Jesus I’ll die for you and never deny you, really? Have we denied Jesus in our lives by our actions? I say we have at one time or another in some form or another, examine yourself and your life and see.

Be faithful until the end. If God did not spare the angels who rebelled, He will not spare you either. Be Faithful at what? Faithful at the two things God commanded us in the new covenant. “You shall love the Lord your God with all of your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength and your neighbor as yourself” Cry out to God to help you love Him more as we should.

Many will find out on the other side they missed the higher calling of God because of their unbelief. Jesus Christ is the same yesterday today and forever and The word says, Jesus is the word and these signs shall follow those who believe, in my name you shall lay hands on the sick and they shall recover, you shall cast out demons, they shall speak with new tongues.

The apostle Paul said in Romans the word of faith that He was preaching is near you and in your mouth and in your heart that if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead you will be saved for with your heart you are justified and with your mouth you confess resulting in salvation. Everyone who calls upon the name of the Lord will be saved. If that’s the case why do you fear? Because you don’t love God enough or live for Him? Lay aside that sin that so easily trips you up whatever it might be and repent. After this born again experience takes place in your Spirit you follow the Lords command and get buried in baptism wash away your sins by faith in the blood of Jesus and circumcise yourself from the world declaring to all heaven and earth you’re now a child of the living God forever separated unto God to perform good works.

No one loves God if you don’t keep His commandments your only fooling yourself if you think so. We ought to walk as He walked because we are set apart to serve Him. Now most of us have blown it many times in our lives but those who repent and get up are forgiven. Go into all the world and preach the gospel baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit teaching them to observe all things I have commanded you and low I am with you always even till the end of the age. We are in the beginning of sorrows in my view and the beast one world system has plans to be set up by 2030. Are you ready? Are you warning your children and grandchildren? Are you getting your house in order and preparing for what’s coming upon the earth? And above all are you personally growing stronger in the Lord and calling on Him daily? He loves you, but how much do you love Him? Don’t love the world or the things of the world. For what gain is it to become wealthy or commit sexual immorality and lose your soul?

Nothing matters more than right now, today, making a full commitment to Jesus Christ. Pick up your cross daily and follow Him or do you just think this is all a game? You will reap what you sow and you will give an account for every word and every deal you have done unless you repent and call upon the Lord. Do it today and don’t be ashamed of the gospel of Christ for it is the power of salvation to those who believe whether Jew or Gentile…Many don’t fear the Lord today and laugh and scoff at Christianity but judgment day will come and the price of denying Salvation that was brought through Jesus will be everlasting fire separated for God for eternity…..

Jesus is all in All

Jesus Christ was with the Father in Genesis, He is the one who walked in the cool of the evening and spoke with Adam and Eve. He is the one who talked to Noah and gave him directions on how to build the Ark. He is the one who allowed Job to be tested and carried on all the conversation with him. Jesus is the one who appeared with the angels and broke bread with Abraham before destroying Sodom and Gomorrah. He is the God of the burning bush that Moses saw and the one who gave him the Ten Commandments. Jesus is the God, the Word who became flesh and laid down His life for humanity and took the keys away from Satan of death and Hell and rose again from the dead. Jesus is the creator who created everything that has ever been created and nothing that has been created was created without Him. All authority has been given to Him by the Father both in heaven and in earth now and in the age to come. Jesus is coming back soon to gather all that are His and destroy the wicked. He will reign for a thousand years out of Jerusalem and destroy Satan with the breath of His mouth and cast him along with the false prophet and the Antichrist in the lake of fire to be tormented for all eternity. Jesus has prepared a place for us and created a new Jerusalem,1500 miles in width and length and height that will come down and sit on a new earth for this earth will be burned up at the end of days.

Jesus is the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End who Was and Is and is to Come. He is the Way the Truth and the Life. He is the rose of Sharon, the bright and morning star, the good shepherd. He is the healer, He is baptizer of the Holy Spirit. He is the lamb of God, the Lion of Judah, the bread of life, the river of life, the soon coming King, the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords and no one can come to the Father except through Him. He is the door, He is the gate, He is eternal life for all those who believe. All of heaven adores Him. All of earth will see Him when He returns and in judgment every knee shall bow and every tongue will confess Jesus is Lord, but don’t wait, believe in your heart today that He is Lord and the Son of God and that He died for you and God raised Him from the dead and confess with your mouth Jesus is Lord and be saved today. Surrender your life to Jesus and allow the Holy Spirit to live in you, then get baptized as He commanded. For whether you live or die you are the Lords so live for Him now and receive His mercy and grace and be saved today. Jesus is waiting and watching, come home, come home, for He loves you so..

The Man in the White Robe

The man in the white Robe you saw in your dreams
This man in the white robe wants you to know that He loves you with a love you can barely understand or comprehend.
This man knows everything about you. He knows your fears and He knows your pain and disappointments in this life. He knows everything about your life from beginning to end, and there is nothing He does does not know about you and your family. You may already suspect who He is, but know nothing about Him. The man in the white robe is Yeshua Jesus Christ the Son of God. He came out of love for He is love, the creator of all things and He obeyed His Father God to come to earth in the form of man for one purpose; to die on the cross and shed His blood for your sins and rise again from the dead. He requires faith that you simply believe that He is the Son of God and repent of your sins and be saved.
This man you saw in the white robe is the everlasting, only begotten Son of the living God who was, and IS and is to come again.
His name is Jesus and is the Prince of Peace, He is the Lilly of the Valley, the bright and morning Star. He is the Savior and King of Kings and Lord of Lords, He is eternal glory and will rule for ever and ever in the New Heaven and New Earth and New Jerusalem coming down from heaven above. He wants you and your loved ones to spend eternity with Him and Millions of other believers from every race, tribe and tongue who have received Him as Lord. This man in the white robe appeared to you because He knows your circumstances, how you have been taught lies from others and how dangerous it is to let others know you follow Him. He came to you because men cannot and are blocked by laws and rules and governments to share the gospel truth with you. He came to you because He is the bread of life and with the water He gives you, you will never thirst again. Inside you will find peace and happiness though the world outside is a cruel and evil place. He will never leave you, nor forsake you and His Spirit will live in you forever.
The Easter season is a celebration of Jesus resurrection and your guarantee of eternal life if you believe in him with all your heart. This man in the white robe is The Way, The Truth and The Life and no man can come to the Father except through Him.
If you believe that Jesus is Lord and Gods Son and believe God raised Him from the dead and confess it with your mouth, you will be saved.
This man in the white robe says “come learn of me, for my yoke is easy and my burden is light” All you who are burdened and heavy ladened come to me and I will give you rest and you shall find peace for your souls” Then be baptized in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit as soon as you can. The man in the white robe named Yeshua Jesus Christ loves you so much that He willingly laid down His life for you to pay for your sins and then arose from the dead to live for evermore and so will you as you repent and confess Him as Lord and live for Him. He is the resurrection and the life!

I have not walked alone (and neither have you)

I have not walked alone (and neither have you)
With my recent 69th birthday I began reflecting on my life. looking back as far as I could until now and realizing I have not nor have I ever been walking alone in this life and neither have you. The proof and examples are all through the Bible and in our lives.
Starting in Genesis we read where God would come to the garden of eden in the cool of the evening and walk and talk with Adam and Eve. It was Jesus, God’s Son before He was ever born as a man. Since nothing has been created that has ever been created apart from Jesus the Bible says; He was the hand and mouth piece to mankind. Jesus said ” the Father and I are One and if you have seen me you have seen the father” No man can see God the Father and live so all the examples of God interacting with humans was Jesus Christ himself, acting on behalf of the Father throughout the Old testament covenant. It was Jesus who wrestled with Jacob and touched his thighbone and it was Jesus who came to Abraham and told him he was going to destroy Sodom and Gomorrah. Jesus has always been with us and has never left us throughout our lives. After he died on the cross to purchase our salvation and went back up and to heaven he sent the Holy Spirit to dwell in the hearts of man saying; ” and I will send you the comforter, the spirit of truth” I am the same yesterday today and forever and I will never leave you nor forsake you.” For every believer who has repented of their sins and believed in Jesus , the Holy Spirit comes in and dwells in that person. And if the Holy Spirit dwells in us and has sealed our spirit for for the day of redemption as it is written in Ephesians, then the same spirit that raised Jesus from the dead dwells in us. And if the Spirit dwells in us then God will give life to our mortal bodies and walk with us because the Spirit is always with us. Are you following this?
So now if the very Spirit is always in you then now you understand how God hears your every prayer and knows your every thought and sees your every trial and knows your every sin and helps in every accomplishment you have in life. Jesus is always there in you, with you and knows everything about you through the Spirit that dwells in you. Think about that for a few minutes.
The conclusion should be to always be honest with God because He knows you anyway so who or what are you trying to fool or hide from? Now you see why you pray daily and confess your sins daily so you can be healed! Healed meaning forgiven, set free, made well etc. etc. I got news for you, it’s not a one time thing, but a daily thing constantly in communication with God. When you speak, your message instantaineously goes to the Father because the Spirit of Him in you is actually Him, His Spirit simultaneously communicating from you to Him and Him to you! So now you must surly understand why Jesus said “my sheep hear my voice and know the sound of it.” God talks to you everyday several times a day to you through His Spirit that dwells in you, are you listening? Are you getting this? Now if He knows how many hairs are on your head as the Bible says, don’t you think He knows how to communicate with you? If we really got all this we wouldn’t live like we do sinning and giving Him little of our time and love on a daily basis. Instead we would try hard to walk in the Spirit and not carry out the sins of our flesh.
It is a battle, make no mistake about it and that battle rages until we come to the full knowledge of how much He loves us and what He did for us to save us. We must believe and accept Jesus into our lives and then despite all our failures and shortcomings know we belong to Him and only Him. To begin to understand the mind of God just a tiny bit will open rivers of living water that you never dreamed existed that will quench the thirst of your mind and soul. When I think back on all the trials I’ve been through and all the times my life I could have been taken and all the people that have passed by my life to help me and all the times I have found hope when it was lost and all the times I have been restored in so many ways including family and health and finances; I know I have never been alone because Jesus has been there all the time even when I didn’t acknowledge Him. He’s waiting for you, He’s always been there, follow Him because He will bring you home in the end and finish what He started in you. I’m not alone and neither are you…..

Strengthening Your Courage and Character In End Times

Strengthening Your Courage and Character In End Times
Courage is pressing through and doing something when you know it may be very difficult or dangerous. Knocking down walls of fear and believing God is with you to accomplish your purpose is courage. Character is what you do, how you act and think when no one is looking. Courage and Character go hand in hand in living in these last days in the 21st century.
So how do you strengthen your courage? First of all by realizing who God is and the power of His Son Jesus and applying His word directly to you personally. Reminding yourself over and over that the victory has already been won should give you great strength and courage to press on. Jesus said “it is finished” (John 19:30), just before giving up his Spirit on the cross at Calvary. What is finished? The plan of redemption for all mankind is finished, the battle is won! And what did Jesus do then? He took the keys away from Satan, the keys of death and hell and now Jesus reigns supreme for ever and ever. No longer do you have to fear death! No longer do you have to fear hell! No longer can the grave keep your body down because of Jesus who arose from the dead to live forever and ever. By Gods great mercy and grace we are saved through faith by believing in Him! ( Ephesians 2:8)
So many Christian’s unbelief of various passages of the Bible makes them faint and weak and ineffective as believers and witnesses to a dying world, and robs them of courage. Believing only fragments of certain verses. Unbelief destroys them. So what did Jesus say just before being taken up into heaven? I would think His last conversation to Believers would be very very important don’t you? Look in Mark 16:15-19 and read it without prejudice towards prior teaching you have learned.
And He (Jesus) said to them, ” Go into all the world and proclaim the gospel to the whole creation. Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, (were you baptized after you believed?) but whoever does not believe will be condemned. And THESE SIGNS WILL ACCOMPANY THOSE WHO BELIEVE, in my name they will cast out demons, they will speak in new tongues; they will pick up serpents (remove the danger) and if they drink any deadly poison, it will not hurt them (someone trying to poison you) they will lay hands on the sick and they will recover. (healing others) ” so then the Lord Jesus, after He had spoken to them, (the group of gathered believers) was taken up into heaven and sat down at the right hand of the Father.” If you are a believer then you have one or more of the signs following you, so use them.
If you have a guarantee of something, say like a contract with someone whether it be a salary contract, an insurance contract, or warranties for products or services any kind of guarantee that was signed by you and the warrantor, then you can pretty much count on being covered for any problem. But there is One who gives you a guarantee and stands behind it because that guarantee was written in blood, the blood of Jesus Christ and it can never be broken. Look here what Ephesians 1:13-14 says ” In Him you also, when you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation, and having believed in Him, WERE SEALED WITH THE PROMISED HOLY SPIRIT. WHO IS THE GUARANTEE OF OUR INHERITANCE until we acquire possession of it, to the praise of His glory.” So now how is your courage? Feeling stronger now? We have the guarantee of salvation and were sealed by the Holy Spirit!
Knowing Jesus has All authority in heaven and on earth, that He alone has the keys of death and hell, that His body was sacrificed in our place and that His Blood washes away our sins, and we were sealed by The Holy Spirit as a guarantee of salvation, then we can go forth in any circumstance, in any danger, in any situation, in any war, in any battle knowing whether we live or die we belong to the Lord and will live with Him forever.! So take courage my friends, wrap courage around you heart and soul and mind giving thanks to God for all He has done and walk with your head held high and your heart purified by His word knowing you belong to a kingdom not of this world because this is not your home. Take this knowledge with you, this courage with you this truth with you and tell others wherever the Good Lord leads you in 2016 and beyond…..and don’t forget He dispatches Angels on your behalf all the time, even now.
