God has warned us Evil will take place

The recent mass murders has a lot of people on edge and after Sunday’s mass murder of 26 Christians and the wounding of 25 others in a small town Baptist Church by yet another convert of Islam many are wondering how can this happen and how can a loving God allow this to happen?

All throughout the Bible we are warned that lawlessness and evil will take place and God is not behind any of it. Jesus warns “in this world you will have tribulation but take heart I have overcome the world.” You know the Bible speaks of wars and rumors of wars and famines and pestilence and earthquakes and men hearts failing them at the roaring of the seas and the things coming upon the earth.

If every good and perfect gift comes from the Father above then every bad and evil thing comes from that devil Satan himself. God is not the author of death, Satan is. God is not the author of killing and pain and suffering and starvation, Satan is. God is not the author of sin and sickness and disease, Satan is. So what does the Bible say about it all? “ The thief (Satan) comes to steal, kill and destroy.” (John 10:10) In another verse it says “Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour.”(1Peter 5:8) Being on the alert means you stay prayed up daily and walk close to God. We all have bad days at times but Jesus has overcome the world and we will too. And how do we overcome the world? By the word of out testimony and our faith even to the point of death.

The old saying “everybody wants to go to heaven but no one wants to die applies here. Every single person who was saved and born again and had put their faith in Jesus who were killed in all these horrible massacres, are in heaven with Him right now, this very hour. My previous blog explains how not to fear death because Gods love overcomes our fears.

Americans and American Christians don’t really want to know whats coming because they won’t spend the time studying the word of God and are afraid to even read the Revelation or other books of the Bible. Well, the perilous times are coming and have really already begun. I honestly believe we have now entered the beginning of sorrows time period and we have not seen anything yet. Does that mean we just throw up our hands and say oh well there’s nothing we can do about it? No, not at all. What it means that is we are educated in the word of God and know the things that are coming upon the earth and we make ourselves and our families and friends aware of it all and then above all we make sure we have repented and stay humble and close to God in these times and lead others to the freedom of knowing whether we live or die we are the Lords and belong to Him. No one is guaranteed tomorrow, no one! No one knows when they will die! Gun shot, car accident, heart attack or a thousand other ways we could be gone tomorrow so let’s just get a grip and live life to its fullest walking in the knowledge we are saved (Romans 10:9,10) by His grace through the faith He gives us and that we stay ready any day or any time to go home to heaven to meet our maker.

And when you have discussions about terrorism and murder and killings and all the horrible things going on in the world do not let anyone think or say that these things are from God. Tell them “read your Bible for Pete’s sake” There it will tell you who is responsible, the enemy of your soul, Satan. God is love and because He loves us He gave His only Son to die in our place and wash away our sins. (John 3:16) Again Jesus warned us what’s coming and warned us to stay ready at all times. Someday soon He will return and rule and reign. All evil along with Satan and all his demons and wicked people will be thrown into the lake of fire that burns forever and ever. Until then, keep the faith in season and out of season and know you are loved and have a home waiting for you. Jesus said “My kingdom is not of this world” and neither are we, we’re just passing through.,,,,pray for those in pain and sorrow and for this country and our leaders…

Losing the Fear of Death

As a Christian we should not have a fear of death. Of course it is human nature to protect ones life and we absolutely should do so because we are the temple of God and His Spirit dwells within us. We are told not to destroy our temple as we are born again to do good works. There are so many things that we do that destroy our temple which you are well aware of as your flesh fights against your spirit waging war. Jesus said ” the spirit is willing but the flesh is weak.” We actually do the things we don’t want to do the Apostle Paul wrote because of one reason, “sin dwells within us.” And who can rescue us from this body of death, only Jesus Christ and Him alone.

Now concerning the fear of death it is written that “Perfect love cast out fear” Because fear involves punishment and the one who fears is not perfected in love. How is someone perfected in love? For starters we must love the Lord our God with all of our heart, soul and minds. Then we must love our neighbors as ourselves. The Bible says how can we say we love God who we have not seen and hate our brothers who we have seen? So learning to love is paramount in our Christian life and it is a Decision, Not an Emotion! We can decide to love God, we decide to love our neighbors no matter what the circumstances and relationships are because we say to ourselves; God loves them and they were created in His image and He is not willing that anyone should perish, but wants them to have eternal life. There is none righteous, no not one, we were born into sin in this life because of the fall in the beginning.

If you know beyond a shadow of a doubt that when you die your going straight up to heaven and have that assurance in your heart, then why would you fear death or what man can do to you? The answer is your either not perfected in love yet or you are unsure of your salvation. You can be sure you know by faith in what Jesus did in the cross. “For we are saved by His grace through faith, not of works lest anyone should boast.” Let’s take a quick look at eternal, everlasting life guarantees written to us in the Bible. Jesus speaking said:

“Very truly I tell you, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life and will not be judged but has crossed over from death to life.” (John 5:24) Really is there any need to go on? You pass from death to life when you believe that God sent Jesus to offer Himself up for us.

Maybe you need more so how about this verse: “I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God so that you may KNOW that you HAVE eternal life.(1 John 5:13) So that you may Know not hope but know! And here’s another: Whoever believes in the Son HAS eternal life, but whoever rejects the Son will not see life, for God’s wrath remains on them.(John 3:36) HAS eternal life means you possess it right now and it’s granted now while your alive and when you die there is no doubt your going to heaven.

And another one:

“In him we HAVE redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God’s grace” (Ephesians 1:7) and here is a list of other verses not that you need them.

“In Him, you also, after listening to the message of truth, the gospel of your salvation– having also believed, you were SEALED in Him with the Holy Spirit of promise, who is given as a pledge (guarantee) of our inheritance, with a view to the redemption of God’s own possession, to the praise of His glory. (Ephesians 1:13-14)

And this one: “But what does it say? “The word is near you; it is in your mouth and in your heart,” that is, the message concerning FAITH that we proclaim: that if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, YOU WILL BE SAVED; For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and ARE SAVED.(Romans 10:8-10)

“Who through faith are PROTECTED BY GODS POWER for the salvation that is ready to be revealed in the last time.(1Peter 3:5)

” For you have been born again, not of perishable seed, but of IMPERISHABLE , through the living and enduring word of God.”(1 Peter 1:23)

” For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.” (2Tim 2:7)

I could go on and on with tons of verses, but you have seen with your own eyes that you have a home in heaven and you have eternal, everlasting security by faith in Jesus and nothing will rob you of your place in heaven. Don’t fear death even if you have to lay your life down for your faith because those times are coming and for many already have come. Jesus will never let you go and loves you so.

No matter what happens on this earth; wars or floods or famine or earthquakes or tornado’s or hurricanes or plagues or death or lawlessness or any other thing can separate us from the Love of God and our gift of salvation through Jesus Christ

Let me end this blog with a quote from Jesus: ” And this

is the will of Him who sent Me, that I shall lose NONE of all those He has given Me, but raise them up at the last day.

For it is My Father’s will that everyone who looks to the Son and believes in Him shall have ETERNAL LIFE, and I will raise him up at the last day.” (John 6:39-49)

The Man in the White Robe

The man in the white Robe you saw in your dreams
This man in the white robe wants you to know that He loves you with a love you can barely understand or comprehend.
This man knows everything about you. He knows your fears and He knows your pain and disappointments in this life. He knows everything about your life from beginning to end, and there is nothing He does does not know about you and your family. You may already suspect who He is, but know nothing about Him. The man in the white robe is Yeshua Jesus Christ the Son of God. He came out of love for He is love, the creator of all things and He obeyed His Father God to come to earth in the form of man for one purpose; to die on the cross and shed His blood for your sins and rise again from the dead. He requires faith that you simply believe that He is the Son of God and repent of your sins and be saved.
This man you saw in the white robe is the everlasting, only begotten Son of the living God who was, and IS and is to come again.
His name is Jesus and is the Prince of Peace, He is the Lilly of the Valley, the bright and morning Star. He is the Savior and King of Kings and Lord of Lords, He is eternal glory and will rule for ever and ever in the New Heaven and New Earth and New Jerusalem coming down from heaven above. He wants you and your loved ones to spend eternity with Him and Millions of other believers from every race, tribe and tongue who have received Him as Lord. This man in the white robe appeared to you because He knows your circumstances, how you have been taught lies from others and how dangerous it is to let others know you follow Him. He came to you because men cannot and are blocked by laws and rules and governments to share the gospel truth with you. He came to you because He is the bread of life and with the water He gives you, you will never thirst again. Inside you will find peace and happiness though the world outside is a cruel and evil place. He will never leave you, nor forsake you and His Spirit will live in you forever.
The Easter season is a celebration of Jesus resurrection and your guarantee of eternal life if you believe in him with all your heart. This man in the white robe is The Way, The Truth and The Life and no man can come to the Father except through Him.
If you believe that Jesus is Lord and Gods Son and believe God raised Him from the dead and confess it with your mouth, you will be saved.
This man in the white robe says “come learn of me, for my yoke is easy and my burden is light” All you who are burdened and heavy ladened come to me and I will give you rest and you shall find peace for your souls” Then be baptized in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit as soon as you can. The man in the white robe named Yeshua Jesus Christ loves you so much that He willingly laid down His life for you to pay for your sins and then arose from the dead to live for evermore and so will you as you repent and confess Him as Lord and live for Him. He is the resurrection and the life!

Three things that are conditional with God

The love of God is inseparable, but His blessings, His protection and prosperity are conditional. That depends on you and how you live. It’s so very true that Gods love for mankind, the human race that He created is without any conditions because God is love and His compassion is new every morning. Regardless of what you may have done yesterday, God in His great mercy and grace will forgive you if you truly repent from your heart and turn away from the sins in your lives that so easily entangle you. The proof of His love is sending His son Jesus to die for you and even the whole world.
And as for our love for Him, the Bible states that nothing is able to separate us from the love of God. Nothing at all. Romans 8:35 states ” Who will separate us from the love of Christ? Will tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?

36 Just as it is written, “FOR YOUR SAKE WE ARE BEING PUT TO DEATH ALL DAY LONG; WE WERE CONSIDERED AS SHEEP TO BE SLAUGHTERED.”

37 But in all these things we overwhelmingly conquer through Him who loved us.

38 For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers,

39 nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” So if your born again, you have no need to worry about the love issue.
However; the three things that are conditional I mentioned at the beginning of this blog which are blessings, protection and prosperity are very much connected to your obedience to His commandments and your own personal relationship with God and don’t think they are not. As a Christian think about the times in your life when things were going really well for you and consider how you were living at that time. On the other hand think about the times you have been in bad shape and things were going awful for you in your life and think about how your walk and relationship with the Almighty was at those times in your life. So really you already have the answers just by your own self examination. When Jesus was asked ” what must I do to inherit eternal life” what did Jesus say first? He said ” You know the commandments” So even the “Ten Commandments” apply today to you and me and we all have broken them. To break one is to break them all the Bible says. In other words we better be living the best we can everyday, the best we know how, but today we are not under the Law, but the Law of the Spirit in Jesus Christ. Consider what Romans 8 says:
Therefore there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.

2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has set you free from the law of sin and of death.

3 For what the Law could not do, weak as it was through the flesh, God did: sending His own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh and as an offering for sin, He condemned sin in the flesh,

4 so that the requirement of the Law might be fulfilled in us, who do not walk according to the flesh but according to the Spirit.

5 For those who are according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who are according to the Spirit, the things of the Spirit.

6 For the mind set on the flesh is death, but the mind set on the Spirit is life and peace,

7 because the mind set on the flesh is hostile toward God; for it does not subject itself to the law of God, for it is not even able to do so,

8 and those who are in the flesh cannot please God.

9 However, you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you. But if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he does not belong to Him.

10 If Christ is in you, though the body is dead because of sin, yet the spirit is alive because of righteousness.

11 But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ Jesus from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you.

12 So then, brethren, we are under obligation, not to the flesh, to live according to the flesh—

13 for if you are living according to the flesh, you [fn]must die; but if by the Spirit you are putting to death the deeds of the body, you will live.

14 For all who are being led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God.

15 For you have not received a spirit of slavery leading to fear again, but you have received a spirit of adoption as sons by which we cry out, “Abba! Father!”

16 The Spirit Himself testifies with our spirit that we are children of God,

17 and if children, heirs also, heirs of God and fellow heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer with Himso that we may also be glorified with Him.

18 For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory that is to be revealed to us.
So walk in the Spirit and God will grant you blessings, protection and prosperity! If not, now you know why…..

How to get right with God and be at peace

Everyone knows deep in their heart if they are right with God. They may put on a big mask in front of the world especially their immediate family or best friends that they have it all together and are just fine with life, but deep inside they are pricked in their heart daily and know they are headed for the lake that burns with fire and brimstone if they don’t change and get right with God. That pricking of the heart is the Holy Spirit condemning the sin in their lives and trying to draw them to turn to God before it’s too late. Sometimes even those who have been born again at one point have lost their way because the lust of the world or the love of money or the pride of life have corrupted them once again. These are the one’s who really live in fear because they have known the truth and are living in sin. Peace has left them and the joy of their salvation, which they remember, is long gone.

The wages of sin is death, certainly at the end of a sinful persons life, but also sin has catastrophic effects right now when living on this earth. Major diseases, breakups of families, alcoholism and drug abuse, sexual immorality and diseases, poverty, and just a lack of any love or peace or joy in their lives. Listing the effects of sin would take a book to write, but you get the point. Now the rich have the same problems, but added to their misery is constant fear of losing what they have, family members or thieves or investors clawing at their holdings and money. The super vile and wicked people’s lives are usually cut way short as believing the evil ones lies leads them to a quick path of destruction and short life.
Even many professing so-called Christians are headed for doom because they think they can just go through life with one foot in the world and do as they please because they have been taught “Once saved always saved” so sinning doesn’t matter. The truth is, once saved always is true, but only in the sense of abiding in Christ. Once you walk away and don’t repent, you are lost and worst than a sinner who has never been saved, hell becomes your new destination. I’ll prove my point in a minute. And now the “Grace” teaching thats been going around is totally false and demonic in its origin. Why? Because that teaching also gives people a false sense of security. It infers no matter what kind of life you lead grace covers you. No it does not! Grace is Gods unmerited favor, nothing we can even attempt to earn, but Gods unmerited favor (grace) does not cover your purposeful and deliberate lifestyle of sinning. “We are saved by grace through faith and that not of ourselves” so grace without faith is useless and does you no good at all. “We are sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise “when we believe (Ephesians 1:13) but the second part of that is “with a view to the redemption of Gods own possession..” (vs 14) in other words salvation is there and in view but not fully obtained until we finish the fight and finish the race in good standing. Salvation is not a given guarantee unless we continue in the faith until death.
Jesus will present us holy and blameless and beyond reproach because He reconciled us in His fleshly body through death.(Colossians 1:22) “IF INDEED YOU CONTINUE IN THE FAITH FIRMLY ESTABLISHED AND STEADFAST AND NOT MOVED AWAY FROM THE HOPE OF THE GOSPEL THAT YOU HAVE HEARD, WHICH WAS PROCLAIMED IN ALL CREATION UNDER HEAVEN…” (vs 23) I think thats pretty clear. When teaching parables Jesus gave examples of not being ready several times when explaining the kingdom of God. In Matthew He talks about the wicked slaves who are assigned the place with the Hippocrates and thrown into the lake of fire. Slaves are meant Believers in that text as the good slaves are given eternal life. In Revelation 3:5 Jesus says ” He who overcomes will thus be clothed in white garments; and I will NOT ERASE his name from the book of life, and I will confess his name before My Father and before the Angels.” So you see here even though you were once born again and saved it is still possible to have your name erased from the book of life and be thrown into the lake of fire IF you don’t continue in the faith and overcome. Some walk away for weeks or months or years, but God will never give up on you and many prodigal sons and daughters repent and return to God. Many don’t and go to hell. This is Not talking about committing sin when your saved but it’s talking about walking away from God, from a relationship with Him and living a life of sin. We all sin at times and are tempted at times but we go to the Father and ask forgiveness through Jesus and are forgiven at once. Repent quickly when you blow it and sin.
To get right with God has to include one major thing; repentance from your heart. Believing with all your heart, forgiving others with all your heart, trusting God with all your heart that redemption can only come through Jesus blood, nothing else! ” In Him we have our redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses according to His grace.” (Ephesians 1:13) We must go in a different direction to repent. We cannot look back again to the sin desires of our flesh. We can overcome and will find peace when we walk in the light as He is in the light. The world says “do your job” but Jesus says humble yourself as a little child, be steadfast unmovable in your faith. “Come unto me all you who labor and are heavy laden and I will give you rest” There is a rest for the Children of God. You enter that rest when you give up yourself and give your whole heart to Jesus.. When you let go of your life and surrender to God…..He loves you and wants you home with Him…Many believe and receive but never get baptized as the Lord commanded in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost so their full commitment to Christ isn’t there and they fall away. Many don’t make a full commitment to God at all, but only to their church or denomination, sorry that won’t work and get you to heaven. Only a full commitment to God through His Son Jesus Christ will cause you to become born again. Why wait, you could be dead tomorrow, and where would you wind up? Only you know if your ready……

I have not walked alone (and neither have you)

I have not walked alone (and neither have you)
With my recent 69th birthday I began reflecting on my life. looking back as far as I could until now and realizing I have not nor have I ever been walking alone in this life and neither have you. The proof and examples are all through the Bible and in our lives.
Starting in Genesis we read where God would come to the garden of eden in the cool of the evening and walk and talk with Adam and Eve. It was Jesus, God’s Son before He was ever born as a man. Since nothing has been created that has ever been created apart from Jesus the Bible says; He was the hand and mouth piece to mankind. Jesus said ” the Father and I are One and if you have seen me you have seen the father” No man can see God the Father and live so all the examples of God interacting with humans was Jesus Christ himself, acting on behalf of the Father throughout the Old testament covenant. It was Jesus who wrestled with Jacob and touched his thighbone and it was Jesus who came to Abraham and told him he was going to destroy Sodom and Gomorrah. Jesus has always been with us and has never left us throughout our lives. After he died on the cross to purchase our salvation and went back up and to heaven he sent the Holy Spirit to dwell in the hearts of man saying; ” and I will send you the comforter, the spirit of truth” I am the same yesterday today and forever and I will never leave you nor forsake you.” For every believer who has repented of their sins and believed in Jesus , the Holy Spirit comes in and dwells in that person. And if the Holy Spirit dwells in us and has sealed our spirit for for the day of redemption as it is written in Ephesians, then the same spirit that raised Jesus from the dead dwells in us. And if the Spirit dwells in us then God will give life to our mortal bodies and walk with us because the Spirit is always with us. Are you following this?
So now if the very Spirit is always in you then now you understand how God hears your every prayer and knows your every thought and sees your every trial and knows your every sin and helps in every accomplishment you have in life. Jesus is always there in you, with you and knows everything about you through the Spirit that dwells in you. Think about that for a few minutes.
The conclusion should be to always be honest with God because He knows you anyway so who or what are you trying to fool or hide from? Now you see why you pray daily and confess your sins daily so you can be healed! Healed meaning forgiven, set free, made well etc. etc. I got news for you, it’s not a one time thing, but a daily thing constantly in communication with God. When you speak, your message instantaineously goes to the Father because the Spirit of Him in you is actually Him, His Spirit simultaneously communicating from you to Him and Him to you! So now you must surly understand why Jesus said “my sheep hear my voice and know the sound of it.” God talks to you everyday several times a day to you through His Spirit that dwells in you, are you listening? Are you getting this? Now if He knows how many hairs are on your head as the Bible says, don’t you think He knows how to communicate with you? If we really got all this we wouldn’t live like we do sinning and giving Him little of our time and love on a daily basis. Instead we would try hard to walk in the Spirit and not carry out the sins of our flesh.
It is a battle, make no mistake about it and that battle rages until we come to the full knowledge of how much He loves us and what He did for us to save us. We must believe and accept Jesus into our lives and then despite all our failures and shortcomings know we belong to Him and only Him. To begin to understand the mind of God just a tiny bit will open rivers of living water that you never dreamed existed that will quench the thirst of your mind and soul. When I think back on all the trials I’ve been through and all the times my life I could have been taken and all the people that have passed by my life to help me and all the times I have found hope when it was lost and all the times I have been restored in so many ways including family and health and finances; I know I have never been alone because Jesus has been there all the time even when I didn’t acknowledge Him. He’s waiting for you, He’s always been there, follow Him because He will bring you home in the end and finish what He started in you. I’m not alone and neither are you…..
